All orders are packed thoughtfully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. While we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, turnaround times may vary during peak periods. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait.

We ship throughout New Zealand and Australia, with shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout. Most New Zealand orders arrive overnight once dispatched, with rural and South Island deliveries typically taking 2–3 working days.

We also offer international shipping. If you’re located outside New Zealand or Australia and would like to place an order, simply contact us with what you’d like to purchase and your full postal address. We’ll calculate the shipping cost for you and confirm before proceeding.
