Shipping Policy

At CursiveCraft, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

All orders are handmade or customised to order.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
    (Some items may ship faster depending on stock and workload)

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We use NZ Post and trusted courier partners for delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Tracking is provided with all standard parcels.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations including Australia, the UK, and Canada. If your postal address does not automatically calculate at check out, please contact us and we can calculate shipping for you.

Unfortunately we are unable to post to the USA at this time.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.

Local Pickup 

Local pickup is available from Dannevirke by prior arrangement. You’ll be contacted when your order is ready to collect.

Delays or Issues

Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods or due to courier delays beyond our control. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we’ll look into it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
